The work includes, but is not limited to, renovating the men's and women's locker rooms, providing a new spa room, providing a new mezzanine above the existing squash court area, repairing/upgrading the electrical and lighting systems and upgrading the ventilation and exhaust systems. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative rank order is stated in section M of the solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the Government considering Price and Past Performance. Performance period for this project is a total of 210 calendar days. Phase 1, submittal phase is 45 calendar days, and the remaining construction phases are a total of 165 calendar days. General working hours are weekdays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM excluding weekends and Federal holidays. The SIC code is 1542. Estimated Construction cost range is from $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. There are no Government furnished materials for this project. Requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing or by Fax.
