The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform modifications to Hanger Bays A and B, Bldg 1440 to include but not limited to such work as minor door and window work, extension of present fire sprinkler system, istall chain link fencing and gates, and electrical connections at Malmstrom AFB Montana. The performance period is 240 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 15 Jan 1998. Bid opening will be on or about 17 Feb 1998. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request or faxed request for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
