Olson, Contracting Officer (509) 247-4867 or Barbara Hicks, Contract Administrator (509) 247-2237 DESC: Work includes, but is not limited to, the addition of a laundry room, kitchenette, lounge area and a bicycle storage area to four (4) existing dormitory buildings at Fairchild AFB, WA. Also included is the complete demolition and refinishing of all interior finishes. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new interior finishes as specified, new construction to include concrete work, masonry, pre-cast concrete planks, metal stud infill, pressed-plate wood roof trusses, metal roofing, aluminum windows and storefront, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative rank order is stated is section M of the solicitation. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government considering Price and Past Performance. Performance period for this project is approximately 750 calendar days. General working hours are weekdays, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. excluding federal holidays. The SIC code is 1522. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 and shall be bid lump sum. There are no Government Furnished Materials for this project.
