The explosive charge must be one of the following; LX-14-0, an explosive that is currently fielded in a munition, or an explosive that is qualified in the U.S., England, France or Germany. 3. Depleted Uranium (DU) will not be accepted as a liner material. 4. The RFP is unclassified and will be available on the internet. The Performance and Test Requirements Document, an attachment to the RFP, is classified SECRET. In order to receive the SECRET portion of the RFP, a SECRET Facility clearance is required. Foreign contractors of England, France or Germany must follow the instructions in the original synopsis in order to receive the classified document. (0343)
