This procurement is a follow-on requirement to the existing Design Agent Engineering Support Services contract (N63394-95-D-0009) with Hughes Missile Systems Company (HMSC), Tucson, AZ. Hughes Missile Systems Company, half of the Joint Venture, is the sole design agent and manufacturer that developed and currently maintain the Level II drawings for the MK 612 GMTS for the Navy.
