Q -- COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFQ-461-0011-8 DUE 010998 POC Karen Million, Contracting Officer, 510-803-2779, FAX 510-803-2791 The Federal Detention Center (FDC), SeaTac, Washington (located between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington) is soliciting for medical service providers with the capability of providing comprehensive medical care to federal prisoners. The Contractor will be required to provide inpatient and outpatient services at the contractor's facility, and provide various medical services at the FDC facility. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four-one (1) year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Contractor will be required to provide inpatient/outpatient medical services at a contract facility within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of the FDC. The Government intends to make a single award to the entity which can provide all inpatient, outpatient, and FDC services requested. The estimated quantities for each 12 month period of the contract are as follows: Inpatient days -- 200; Outpatient days -- 200; FDC services -- quantity will vary, depending upon the service/specialty.
