Work will include but not limited to removal and replacement of hangar door systems consisting of two (2) 148 foot wide by 30 foot high, 6-leaf, one-way, bi-parting, electrically operated, insulated hangar door system, with interior liner panels from door sill to 8' high. This will be a phased project with one hangar to be completed before demolition of the second. Magnitude of project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Construction time will be 270 calendar days from NTP. There is a fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit for plans and specifications, check payable to TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
