The Recruiting Firm must refine a position description for approval by the Department, screen candidates against basic requirements to be specified by the Department, and refer to the Department all candidates who appear to meet the qualifications. The Recruiting Firm may not imply that it is the sole or primary avenue for employment with the Federal Government or with the Department.
