Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, food products, supplies, equipment (other than Government-furnished) and other items and services necessary to operate a full service resale deli/bakery at the following locations in the Western/Pacific Region( Washington, Idaho and Montana): Whidbey Island NAS, Bangor NSB, Ft. Lewis, McChord AFB, Fairchild AFB, Bremerton PSNA, Smokey Point, Mountain Home AFB and Malmstrom AFB. Contractor shall be responsible for displaying, merchandising, processing and storing products for sale to the commissary patrons. Contractor shall retain the ownership of deli/bakery products until scanned by the Government at the front-end register. All written requests will be honored.
