T -- PUBLICATION OF WEEKLY CIVILIAN ENTERPRISE NEWSPAPER AT FORT BELVOIR SOL DADW35-98-Q-0217 DUE 022498 POC Eleanor Hall, Contract Specialist (703)806-4470 or Gloria Daws, Contracting Officer (703)806-4607 Single award no-cost contract for the period of 1 April 1998 through 31 March 1999 with four option years for publication of the weekly civilian enterprise newspaper, "Belvoir Eagle" at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Publish weekly circulation of 19,000 copies for fifty weeks each year. The editorial staff of the Fort Belvoir Military Community Public Affairs Office will proofread all editorial and advertising material of the newspaper, checking security and accuracy of content. The Contractor shall be responsible for paste-up of each page and printing of the newspaper subject to the guidance, direction and supervision of the Commander or his/her designated representative. The newspaper will be printed at no cost to the Government. The revenue which the Contractor will receive from the sale of advertising in the newspaper shall constitute Contractor's full payment.
