Place of subcontract performance is Antigua Island, West Indies. Work includes, but is not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the attached scope of work. All items for a complete and usable facility will be installed unless specifically noted otherwise. Project 93-1879-ANT: Total renovation of a 4,800 square foot, single story, sixteen (16) room dormitory located on Antigua Air Station. Work consists of demolition of all existing mechanical, electrical, communications, and fire detection systems, as well as several interior walls, ceilings, and floors that contain asbestos. All doors, windows, and finish materials must be removed and replaced. New construction will include installation of all interior fixtures, wiring, plumbing, water supply and sewerage. Exterior CMU of facility will be stripped and a pre-colored stucco system applied. Request for solicitation package shall be made via fax at 407-783-5942.
