Performance period will be for one year from date of award with three (3) one-year options. Contractor is guaranteed a minimum of $100,000.00 for the basic year and $50,000.00 for each of the 3 option years (if exercised), with an estimated maximum of $3,000,000.00 over the life 0of the contract.
