Notice is modified to delete specs and replaced with the following. Furnish and install 1 each: 3000 gallon above-ground storage tank, must be double wall, fire-rated, horizontal with remote panel electrical leak detection device, overfill protection and end-mounted rung ladder. Inner tank must be of material resistant to solvents such as: chlorinated solvents, organic acids, phenolic bodies, chlorinated hydrocarbons, trichlorethane, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, surfactants, sulfuric acid, dichromate salt, simple & complex fluoride salt, water, chromic acid, and ferricyanide salts. Tank will be located outdoors, elevated on an existing concrete pad. Pump capacity should be 10 Gallons Per Minute at a 20 ft head. Discharge should be from 1.5 to 2 inches with suction between 2 and 2.5 inches. Pump components be resistant to the material listed above. 100 ft of double walled piping with inner pipe of stainless steelalso with connections and plumbing tie-in to tank, pump, and pit. Piping will rise from top of tank and pump to approximately 20 feet. Distance between tank and pump in stripping room is approx. 50 feet all indoors and must pass through 2 walls. Distance between pit and pump is approx. 20 feet. Upon completion of installation, provide certification by a professional engineer registered in the State of California which will satisfy users requirements for compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22, 66265.192.
