Values per individual parameters are expected to be in the parts per million or mg/m3 range. Data obtained shall be used by the Department of the Army to comply with Federal and State requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Analyses will be ordered on an as required basis. Subcontracting or joint ventures for test performance shall not be allowed with the exception for subcontracting for the analysis of occupational samples for asbestos via Transmission Electron Microscopy. Period of performance is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with six one year option periods. The opening date shown is estimated.
