SOL F2660098R0001 POC Laurie Banks, Contract Specialist, 702-652-5646; Mr Willie Randolph, Contracting Officer, 702-652-4383 Nonpersonal service for lease and maintenance of contractor owned washers, dryers, electric stoves, and refrigerators and maintenance of government owned electric stoves and refrigerators. Service includes but is not limited to all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and parts to perform lease and/or maintenance of appliances. Response time is 24 hours after notification of needed repair and 4 hours for emergency repairs. Emergency repairs generally will be for refrigerators. Intention is to replace government owned equipment with contractor owned equipment as government appliances become uneconomical to repair. This is a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR 12. Period of performance will be 1 April 1998 through 31 March 1999 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 7359 with an average three year gross income of $5M. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
