This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the demolition of Building 1328. Services include but are not limited to the demolition, removal of hazardous materials, re-routing of steam lines and off base disposal. The performance period consists of two phases, 45 days for Phase I (Submittals), and 90 days for Phase II for the actual work for a total of 135 days. This acquisition will be solicited and evaluated with Best Value criteria. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
