The solicitation is for stock, requirements-type contracts for twenty-four National Stock Numbers (NSN's) covering various measuring hand tools. Each contract will have a base period through July 31, 2000, with three one-year option periods beyond that. The twenty-four NSN's were previously procured under three separate acquisition plans, but are now being combined into this one soliciation.
