The Sierra Pacific Network wishes to continue with the contractual relationship with Professional Hospital Supply to avoid disruption of service and substantial cost to the Government associated with the implementation of a distributor agreement. Facilities in the Sierra Pacific Network and Professional Hospital Supply have devoted an enormous amount of time and resources to establish and implement a medical/surgical supply distribution system. Disruption of this arrangement will impact patient care, our entire operation and would be more costly to the Government as a whole.
