The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to negotiate a sole source extension with Baker Support Services, Inc. of Dallas, TX for the continuation of operation and maintenance services for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Command of Washington, DC that will be performed in Hawaii and Guam. The extension will be for a period of six (6) months with one option for an additional period of (6) months. The Contractor shall operate for a period of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year; and maintain for a period of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year the High/Medium Frequency (HF/MF) Naval Radio Transmitter Facilities (NRTF) in Hawaii and Guam. The contractor shall also be responsible for the maintenance of all the equipment located at both sites along with janitorial services, grounds maintenance, fences, pest and weed control.
