The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Allied Signal, Incorporated, 1300 West Warner Road, Tempe, Arizona 85285-2200 for the repair, modification, testing, failure analyses and engineering analyses of aircraft electric power equipment manufactured by Allied Signal, Inc., as well as furnishing equipment parts, connectors, or other items needed to install, maintain, operate or test the equipment. The BOA will be negotiated on a sole source basis due to the proprietary nature of the data needed to perform the required services and is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
