A draft RFP is being provided on the NAVAIR home page at "http://www.navair.navy.mil" under "Business Opportunities" link. The draft RFP is for CLS of T-39N and CT-39G aircraft, Ground Based Training System (GBTS), and associated support equipment, in support of the Undergraduate Flight Officer (UNFO) radar training program. The Navy invites industry comments on the draft RFP. The package includes Sections B-I of the solicitation, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for CLS and for Engines, the Aircraft Condition Inspection (ACI) specifications, the Government-owned spares lists, and base support agreements. The Navy will conduct a pre-solicitation conference and site visit at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida on 8 January 1998.
