The purpose of this purchase order is to develop and implement a training course on monitoring quality care in Maternal Child Health and Children with Special Health Care Needs Programs and the use of quality assurance measures in managed care for these programs. The period of performance for this project is nine months. The University of Illinois at Chicago, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
