Offeror must have an established office in the metropolitan area for which they are submitting a proposal and must be willing and capable of traveling within the area to meet the clients. Contracts will be awarded for the following areas within the state of Florida: Tallahassee, Miami/Key West, St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando and Lakeland. Firms will be evaluated on the basis of experience, education, past performance, resources, location, price and other factors. Solicitation will be available on or around 1-5-98. Contracts will be awarded for a period of one year from date of award, with the Government having the option to renew for two additional one year periods.
