Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to renovate the Visiting Student Quarters, Bldg 133 and Dormitory 542 as indicated on project drawings and as specified in the specifications. The area to be renovated is approximately 21,093 square feet for building 133 and approximately 22,200 square feet for building 542. All work will be acomplished in strict accordance with projects NUEX 970349 and NUEX 964303 C/R/E. The magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance for the basic bid item, which is the Visiting Student Quarters Building 133, is 270 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The period of performance for Dormitory 542 will an additional 270 calendar days following completion of building 133. This project is being issued unrestricted. There will be a charge of $126.00 per set for the Drawings and Specifications. A Cashiers Check may be made payable to the U.S. Treasury.
