Project includes upgrades to bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, adding carports and screened-in porches, neighborhood landscaping, renovation of all mechanical and electrical systems (including placing exterior electrical distribution underground) and asbestos abatement. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bids will be solicited on a firm-fixed price basis. This requirement will be unrestricted. Bid, performance and payment bonds will be required. SIC Code assigned to this acquisition is 1521. Request must include business size status (i.e. small, large).
