Mangione (518) 266-5439 FAX: (518) 266-4682 (Site Code W16H1F) Contractor is to provide all material and labor to replace a cascade refrigeration system which uses ODC refrigerants with a new cascade refrigeration system which uses non ozone depleting refrigerants. The location of the cascade unit to be replaced is Bldg. 121 at the Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. Work is to be performed in accoraance with specification No. 1024, dated November 1997 and drawing #5956-121, sheets M-1; M-2; M-3; M-4 and E-1. The new cascade refrigeration system shall be equal to that manufactured by Russells Technical Products, Holland, MI. This project requires a Refrigeration Contractor who has the certification for disposal and new installation of refrigeration systems. Three (3) references will be required for past projects of similar installation work. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance time for this project is 180 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this procuring activity. See Numbered Note 9.
