Pharmacies (CMOP) or Pharmacy Services and other Government activies.
Supplier must be EDI capable. -- F.O.B. Destination 48 contiguous
states and District of Columbia, point of exportation to Puerto Rico,
Hawaii and Alaska -- Fixed Price Multiple Awards with Economic Price
Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Type Contracts with
Estimated Quantities -- Negotiated procurements -- Multiple awards --
SIC #3841 -- Small Business Size Standard 500 applies -- Contract
Period: date of award three (3) years later -- Effective immediately
this Schedule will no longer have prescribed beginning and ending
dates. The Schedule period will be continuous and will contain
contracts with contract periods that commence on the Date of Award
(DOA) and expire three (3) years from the DOA. In addition, the
Solicitation will become a "standing" opportunity for new offers This
means that new offers may be forwarded to the Department of Veterans
Affairs, National Acquisition Center at any time. -- See Note 12.
