The product will enable the OCC to oversee its Internet/Intranet continuing education program which utilizes ToolBook II Instructor. The program will 1) registering students to on-line courses; 2) review and monitor sudent records to determine student progress; record test results, and 4) provide student feedback. The program must be compatible with the OCC's existing ToolBook II Instructor program previously obtained by the OCC. This is not a request for proposals and a solicitation is not available.
