ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS: We suggest that you submit an abstract first to see if your proposed research is of interest to us before you expend efforts and funds to develop a formal proposal. We will not debrief abstracts, nor will we comment on them. Your technical abstract must identify: (a) proposed objectives and approach; (b) expected outcomes; (c) credentials of key project members; (d) costs; and (e) type of contractual instrument you are seeking (see more info at the website mentioned above). The abstracts submitted to this Research Announcement will be subjected to peer and scientific review. The abstracts should be no longer than five (5) pages, single sided and of legible type. Be sure to include your phone and fax numbers and an email address if you have one. We prefer that you send your abstract electronically to wisniews@cc.tacom.army.mil.
