Ames Research Center is planning to release this solicitation during the week of December 15, 1997. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for December 22, 1997 at 9 AM (Local Time) in the Moffett Training and Conference Center (Building 3 Patio Room), Moffett Federal Airfield, Moffett Field, CA. Attendance at the preproposal conference is not mandatory, but is recommended.
