Bradshaw, Contract Administrator (509) 247-4866 Work consists of, but is not limited to the construction of a new additional car wash bay, measuring 16 ft x 35 ft at the existing car wash facility, building 2320. The new car wash bay will be CMU construction with standing seam metal roof and low/no maintenance surfaces and will include an automatic, brushless car wash system complete with all the accessories. The facility will require a grit chamber and an oil/water separator. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative order is stated in section M of the solicitation. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. Performance period for this project is approximately 165 calendar days. General working hours are weekdays, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. excluding federal holidays. The SIC code is 1542. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and shall be bid lump sum. There are no Government Furnished Materials for this project.
