This Windows-based software will be utitlized to provide account management (i.e., tracking of bonuses, monitoring awards, managing certificates and tickets redeemed, and reconciling accounts) as well as easy access to comparative, up-to-date frequency program information. The software frequent flyer management system must be functional with the United Airlines APOLLO system. Interested vendors are requested to submit documentation and pricing, that substantiates their ability to meet the stated requirement. No solicitation document exists. Requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. No telephonic requests will be honored, written responses only. If a solicitation is issued, a second synopsis will be published.
