Remove and legally dispose off-site and off-base of all indicated parking areas adjoining the facility except parking on the street. Remove electric service cable. Perform final clean-up of area to remove all demolition debris. Backfill and grade site to remove indentations and depressions. Cover disturbed areas with 3" of topsoil and hydroseed.
