The Wright-Patterson Traffic Management Office is soliciting services to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified in the PWS as Government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement or drayage and related services. This will include inbound, outbound, and local personal property shipments for 138 counties in Ohio and Indiana. The solicitation will be divided into 14 areas.
