The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting quotes for on-site incinerating services (to positive destruction)for the postage stamp production spoils that contain a significant amount of plastics. The service must maintain compliance with all environmental regulations. This service is needed on a priority basis to begin eliminating the current high inventory of postage stamp spoils. Request for quotation must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ19-29 or by facsimile(202) 874-3135. The closing date is extended to COB on 01/19/98.
