54 -- LEASE OF OFFICE TRAILERS POC Jeff Abeling at (802) 654-0229. The Government anticipates the need for the lease of four office trailers. Trailer size shall be approximately 10 feet by 50 feet. Required delivery date is approximately February 1, 1998. Duration of the requirement is one calendar year from the date of delivery, with the option to lease some or all of the trailers for up to an additional 6 months. The requirement includes delivery to the Vermont Air National Guard Base, Burlington International Airport, Burlington, VT. Additionally, the requirement includes blocking and leveling, knock down, and pick up. Axle removal prior to blocking may be required, and will be priced separately in any subsequent request for quotation issued. All trailers shall be new or like new condition, with 2" x 6" floor joists, plywood subfloors, and be divided into three offices (flexible partitions preferred). Trailers shall have " interior paneling, aluminum siding, 100 AMP 120/140 VAC 1 phase service, fluorescent lighting, 3/8" gypsum ceiling, 6" R-19 roof insulation, 3" R-11 wall insulation, and a minimum of 2 horizontal sliding windows per room.
