The transformers shall be three-phase, two-winding, oil-immersed type suitable for outdoor operation. The transformers shall be forced oil-cooled type with forced air-cooler (Class FOA), and shall be of a design which has an established record of satisfactory operation with the type of oil preservation system specified. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued on 15 January 1998. This is a Civil Works Program procurement and is not funded by the Department of Defense.
