Johnson (813) 398-9340 Provide open-end Architect/Engineer services with emphasis on mechanical/electrical discipline to facilitate various projects at the medical center complex and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida. Services to include preparation of drawings, specifications, cost estimates and complete construction period services for the design of multiple projects encompassing all construction disciplines to include but not be limited to, civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering as well as architectural, environmental and fire safety areas. Contract shall be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to cover a period of one year from date of award with the Government having the option to extend for two additional years. The principal firm must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area. Interested firms must submit a current Standard Form 254 and 255 to the Contracting Officer in accordance with numbered Note 24.
