Services will include the eye care services and the dispensing of eyeglasses. Some of our patients may require over-sized lenses and frames. The VA will issue one contract to one contractor to cover all services. Contractor must be within the geographical area of San Antonio, Texas. Ophthalmologist must be board certified by the American College of Ophthalmologist and have a license to practice optometry in the State of Texas. Optometrists must have a license to practice optometry in the State of Texas. Performance period is from date of award for a one year period with two (2) one-year options.
