The 173rd Fighter Wing requires the construction of a pre-engineered metal building of 2,700 square feet, provide 2,500 square yards of asphalt paving; and provide water, sewer, electrical, and natural gas extensions to the building. The Government contemplates an award of a firm fixed price contract. Construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The construction period is 180 calendar days.
