Tasks include asbestos abatement; electrical work; lead based paint abatement; painting; patchwork; plumbing; replacement of bathtubs, cabinets, ceramic tile, countertops, dishwashers, disposals, faucets, flooring, GFI outlets, gypsum board, lavatories, light fixtures, range hoods, sinks, smoke detectors, switches, toilet and bath accessories, vanities, and water closets; ventilation; and incidental related work. The work also includes reinstallation of dishwashers, electrical ranges, and refrigerators. A solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Jan 98. The estimated range of the project is between $1 million and $5 million dollars. Requests for the solicitation shall be in writing. They may be mailed or faxed to (808) 449-3897.
