Muse Contracting Officer (Site Code DADA15) Walter Reed Army Medical Center intends to negotiate with Mentor H/S on a sole source basis for surgical breast implants. A requirements type contract is anticipated for a base period and four one year option periods. The Contractor and the Government shall conduct joint inventory of breast implants on hand and establish stockage levels for breast implants to be stocked on-site. Contractor shall replenish breast implants used during surgical breast procedures to established stockage levels. Solicitation will outline all minimum essential characteristics.
