The amended synopsis dated 16 Sep 97 is deleted in its entirety. All firms are required to submit PDMs in accordance with CID A-A-50386. All firms having submitted samples to date will be notified individually of the acceptability of their commercial samples. No additional samples will be evaluated except those submitted as PDMs as part of the offer under SP0100-97-R-4058. Also, the technical evaluation factors have been revised to include the following: PDM, Past Performance, Quick Response, EDI, Socioeconomic Consideration and Mentoring.
