Anderson (804) 734-9920 (Site Code HQCAAA) Provide dairy products for the Defense Commissary Agency stores in North Carolina located in the Southern Area, Eastern Region. Items include fluid milk (Whole, Chocolate, Skim, Lowfat, Buttermilk and Eggnog); milk products (Creams, Cottage Cheese) and Orange Juice. Awards are to be made on a firm fixed price basis with monthly Economic Price Adjustments. Contracts will be awarded on an all-or-none basis per group using two geographical groupings of stores to offerors who submit the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The groups and estimated yearly quantity have been set- up as follows: GROUP 1: Fort Bragg, Mallonee Village, and Pope AFB (753,084 containers of fluid milk, 223,973 containers of milk products, and 50,824 containers of orange juice). GROUP 2: Seymour Johnson AFB, Cherry Point MCAS, Camp Lejeune MCB, and New River MCAS (740,000 containers of fluid milk, 72,862 containers of milk products, and 11,380 containers of orange juice). The anticipated contract period is April 1, 1998 through March 31, 1999, with two one-year option periods.
