January 13, 1998 registration area from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., area for general session from 8:00 a.m. to noon classroom style for 150 participans, five rooms for breakout sessions from noon to 5:00 p.m. classroom style for 40 participants. January 14, 1998 five rooms for breakout sessions from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. classroom style for 40 participants also area for general session from 4:30 70 6:30 p.m. set up in theater style for 150 participants.
