The U.S. Army CECOM Acquisition Center intends to procure (50) fifty each Portable Balloon Inflation and Launching Devices (ML-594/U), NSN: 6660-00-999-2663, Part Number: SM-E-2000501, to be used in support of the AN/TMQ-41 program. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Any Award to be made will be based on the best overall (Best Value) proposal that is determined to be the most benefical to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the three (3) evaluation factors: Technical, Price and Performance Risk.
