This is a modification to a Special Notice entitled, "Janitorial, Refuse Collection, Grounds Maintenance, and Pest Control Services" which was posted on December 12, 1997. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Preproposal Conference/Site Visit which was previously scheduled for Monday, December 22, 1997, has been postponed until January 6, 1998, at 9 AM Local time. Companies who have previously submitted the names of its representatives scheduled to attend need not resubmit again, unless a change of personnel is requested. We request that, at least three days in advance of the conference date, all companies planning to attend submit to the Point of Contact a written list of the names of attendees and identify them as a U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien. Security processing leadtimes preclude attendance by Non-Resident Aliens. Because of space limitations representation for any offeror many not exceed two persons. The closing date for receipt of proposals has been revised from January 16, 1998 to January 22, 1998. We anticipate the posting of the solicitation imminently, which will contain additional information regarding the Preproposal Conference/Site Visit (Reference RFO.9). (0352)
