Services may include follow-on documents for constr. dwgs and specs. Estimated cost is $750K for three years. Guaranteed amount is $5K, individual orders will not exceed $100K, maximum $250K per year. The gov't may exercise a contract option before the expiration of the base contract period or preceding option period if the contract amount for the base period or preceding option period has been exhausted or nearly exhausted.
