The primary objectives of this contract are to ensure that: The sale of all properties assigned to the contract close within the time stipulated by the Sales Contract; prompt and accurant payment of all closing charges are made; and the net proceeds of each sale are deposited to a non-interest bearing escrow account and request is initiated for the wire transfer of the proceeds via FEDWIRE to HUD's account with the U.S. Treasury on the day of closing or no later than the next banking day. There will be a pre-bid conference on Wednesday, January 14, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. in the HUD office located at 400 State Avenue, Room 200, Kansas City, KS. While attendance is not mandatory, it is recommended. The notes of the pre-bid conference will be made available to all bidders.
