Nonpersonal services to provide Aircrew Training and Courseware
Development services for the Predator UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle).
The place of performance shall be at Nellis AFB/Indian Springs AFAF NV.
The contractor shall develop all courseware using the current, updated
model of ISD (Instructional System Development) as defined in AFM
36-2234 and AFH 36-2235. During the solicitation phase, all interested
offerors will have a chance to view existing courseware at the
pre-proposal conference as outlined in Section L of the solicitation.
The successful offeror and employees must possess or obtain clearances
in the classification level of SECRET. Anticipated award date (basic
period) is 1 Oct 98 with the contractor assuming full responsibility
for contract performance beginning 01 Jan 99, following the 3-month
phase-in period. Four (4), one-year options are planned for the period
beginning 1 Oct 99 and ending 30 Sep 03. A draft Performance Work
Statement will be available on the INTERNET (on or about 22 Dec 97) for
comments. The solicitation will be available on the INTERNET on or
about 26 Jan 98. Interested offerors will be responsible for
downloading their own copy of the solicitation (and any amendments)
from the ACC CONS Bulletin Board on the INTERNET. The Bulletin Board
will also contain notices such as the date and registration
instructions for the preproposal conference/site visit. It is the
offeror+s responsibility to monitor the INTERNET for solicitation
release. The solicitation will be released as soon as practicable,
whether prior or subsequent to the projected date. The ACC Contracting
